Cultivated from Harsil village situated in the Gharhwal region of Uttarakhand, Harshil Rajma brims with the taste of serene landscapes and mountains of Uttarkashi.
Appearance: The beans are medium to large sized with a distinctively uniform smooth texture appearance. The beans are pale red or creamish coloured with a peculiar white centred spot.
Taste or flavour: Cooked quickly, the Harsil rajma hold their shape and exhibit perfect textural characteristics between firm and soft imparting an intense creamy and delightful soothing taste with indigenous earthy and raw flavour.
